BIOGRAPHY

Lena is a dedicated performance and psychology expert with over 20 years of experience helping high achievers break through stress, anxiety, and burnout to unlock their true potential. 

Currently pursuing her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Lena has certifications in integrated trauma support, mindfulness, breathwork, voice, acting, somatic experiencing, life coaching, and public speaking. 

Lena is passionate about advocacy for cultural inclusivity in holistic methods of mental health care.

We are committed to fostering a supportive community that embraces diversity, nurtures personal growth, and enhances performance, enabling our clients to thrive! 

THE METHOD

In my coaching practice, I build on the foundational tools - whether learned in therapy or through personal exploration - by integrating elements of polyvagal theory and master resilience training. As an assets-based coach, we identify your strengths and amplify them. 

Ultizing tools like GAT, HRV, and SDNN, we will track your progress, helping your natural strengths flourish. You'll find that will not only grow, but will transform challenges into valuable assets - fostering resilience, optimizing your life, and promoting clarity and ease.
